Once you have received your SIM you will need to log into the 2talk web portal and activate it.
Once logged in select the Mobile option from the top menu.
A list of the SIMs allocated to your account will display. Select the Activate link next to the SIM that you wish to activate.
The portal will take you through the steps to activate your SIM. To get started click the 'I have received my SIM' button
As part of the process you will
1. Choose whether you want a Voice and Data or Data Only base plan
2. Choose which Fast Data pack to add if you would like Fast Data
3. If you choose a Voice and Data base plan you will be able to move your current mobile number to 2talk. Please see our separate guide for the information you need to be able to request this.
Once you have completed the process you will need to wait ~ 3 hours for your SIM to be activated. We will email you once the process is complete.
